Head for the Dragon Plaza, Cuenca/Ecuador (2001/02)

Forged by Helmut Hillenkamp in Santa Fe for Fausto Cardoso's "Plaza del Dragon" in Cuenca. It spits water and in the evenings fire too. The plaza was renovated in 2007.
